Practice Note Review

As indicated in cl 26 of the Practice Note, due to the rapidly developing nature of Generative AI, the Practice Note will be periodically reviewed.

Members of the profession are invited to make any submissions in relation to SC PN Gen 23 on the Use of Generative AI to Sebastian Braham, tipstaff to the Chief Justice, by Thursday 18 December 2025.
