Fees

The following table shows the fees of the NSW Sheriff's Office as at 1 July 2025.

Sheriff's fees are determined by the Civil Procedure Regulation 2017 and Criminal Procedure Regulation 2017.

Note: The 3% levy in Column 2 is not payable in relation to writs executed by the Marshal in Admiralty
